What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga is the self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces.
It's designed for anyone to be able to defend themselves, even against someone more than twice their size.
At higher levels Krav Maga is designed for you to be able to defend your loved ones as well as yourself, just like a bodyguard.
Krav Maga is the primary fighting style in movies like Jason Bourne, Extraction, or Peppermint.
The mentality that we teach is that if it comes down to whether or not you or your threat gets to go home, YOU get to go home. You want your threat either to not want to follow you, or be unable to follow you.
What will you learn in Krav Maga?
Yellow Belt- fundamentals of striking, movement, falling, and defending yourself from chokes
Orange Belt- Boxing fundamentals, advanced striking, defense vs lower body kicks, defense vs bear hugs, sparring, rape defenses
Green Belt- advanced sparring (shark bait, 2 vs 1, juggernaut sparring), defense vs upper body kicks, advanced striking, fighting on the ground, intro to knife defenses
Blue Belt- Defenses vs mugging situations (handgun, knife, baseball bat), sweeps, tackling defenses, advanced striking options
Brown Belt- Defenses vs home invasion (rifles, shotguns, and sawed off shot guns), introduction to 3rd party protection, advanced striking

Our Krav Maga program offers battle tested, job specific training to police officers, military, parole officers, custodial officers, and federal agents.
Many of the techniques are tailored towards law enforcement and military personnel with the understanding that trainees are wearing body armor and equipment while on duty.
Our goal is to provide real world experience in our instruction including but not limited to gun retention, firearm take-away, knife defense, and ground fighting designed to make the trainee accustomed to responding appropriately under stressful situations.
